The staff here is welcoming, the views of the lake are glorious, and everything about the place was wonderful; would definitely choose to stay here again for any unplanned trips.

We booked the trip because they advertised a restaurant and bar. When we arrived it was closed for construction. We felt very falsely advised. We would have stayed elsewhere if we would have known. I believe that this is false advertisement. They should of disclosed this information ahead of time.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay on vacation.
We were offered great muffins and omelette. Enjoyed staying at the king room with a balcony, full kitchen, lovely view. The location was magnificent, short walk to downtown area, and restaurants and grocery stores.

Location - stunning, really close to nearby local eateries, and bars as well as stores and restaurants. Also, close to everything. The queen room with a balcony, facilities worked for us.

It was a really really nice stay on vacation. The room was extremely spacious and huge, perhaps on the balcony. The entire staff were courteous. The breakfast was healthy and good hot, truly enjoyed everything.

The beds were super comfy, the free wi-fi signal was stronger than a previous stay at the hilton, the convenience of registering on the way there via phone network, clean, quiet, nice view, free breakfast.
I cannot eat breads, rice, pasta or potatoes, so it would have been nice to have more breakfast options that fit my diet. I was able to have a boiled egg and a yogurt, but would have liked a meat or fruit/veggi choice. Most everything was a sort of bread. Also I would have liked to make use of the restaurant/lounge, but it was closed for renovations. Our bad timing on that part though.

The atmosphere here is calm, the restaurant and bar are amazing with delicious dishes, and the room comes with a private bathroom and kitchenette.

The room smelled of smoke although it was sold as a non-smoking room, the water did not work and the toilet would not flush, the staff was less than helpful When we asked for a refund we were told that was impossible and that we would need to go through the booking site to cancel our reservation. Our total stay time was 20 min
